Calling all people who feel discouraged.
Calling out to the ones who just have so much going on in their lives and own head.
Calling out to the ones who want to get back into training but are anxious of the progress you think you might have lost, maybe you’re nervous about meeting new people and being in a big crowd because it’s been so long.
It may seem like putting your training last is the best thing to help everything around you get better, but it’s not.
That amazing feeling of unstoppable energy you get after you train….that is your life blood!!
It fuels your every aspect in life.
You’ll never regret a good training session.
And realistically it won’t be there forever.
So show up and realize you’re in the best times of your life while spent in the gym.
Have fun and sweat. Breathe hard. Go feel alive!
If you hear the ear beating of “where you been” or “who are you!? Are you new here??”
That means that you’re obviously thought of often and people generally truly are happy you are there.
Smile and keep showing up as much as you can.
When you don’t show up because you have things going on in possibly ways you can never explain, that is 100% understandable. Life happens.
Just never forget the feeling you get when you do train.
You feel like you can do anything.
You feel so confident and strong.
Why not take that feeling into being all you can be to your family and everything else outside the gym.
Don’t dive all the way in your first day, or do. Just show up the next time!
Jiu Jitsu has always been there for you.
It’s helped so many unlock doors, solve problems, release stress, become healthier, gave them a purpose.
It’s always going to be there for you.
So why not be there for Jiu-Jitsu?
Because in the end showing up to Jiu-Jitsu is showing up for yourself to be the best you can.
See you on the mat.
